Technical Services Team Leader, Cardiff

RWR Recruitment are looking for a Technical Services Team Leader to join a manufacturing company based in Cardiff. You will be responsible for the supervision and management of the Technical Services Team. The responsibilities for the Technical Services Team Leader include: * Management of the technical services team * Dealing with enquiries and providing product support to internal and external clients * Develop project proposals for the sales team to show suitability of the companies products * Provide supporting technical documentation * Ensure technical enquiries are dealt with efficiently * Liaise with aftersales on installation issues * Develop ideas for product and process improvement * Provide technical training for technical and sales team where required Skills and experience required for the Technical Services Team Leader Include: * Computer literacy - Autodesk software and Microsoft office tools * Experience working with Revit, Inventor & Fusion 360 preferred * Good understanding of mathematical/structural principles. * Ability to read and understand drawings. * Good communication/leadership skills. * Good literacy and numeracy skills. * Degree, HNC or HND in Architectural Technology, Structural Engineering or construction allied curriculum would be desirable
