Day-to-day your specialist knowledge of grant only, estate administration work and 'complex' cases will enable you to provide clear, practical advice to a wide range of clients. The Role: As a senior Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive in the team, you will have scope to use your ideas to help shape how we work and play a key role in developing the department. Equally, your peers will value your input into the wider department caseload, allowing you to share your knowledge and foster a continuous improvement culture. Key Requirements: Is a qualified Solicitor or holds CILEX/TEP Can demonstrate a successful background (min. 5 years+ PQE) in private client work, ideally with a focus on Probate Can assist in the supervision of the Probate team to ensure that all of the work carried out is of the highest standard and is keen to provide legal support, training and supervision to more junior members of the team.
