Project Manager, Cardiff

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager in South Wales starting June 2026 for Long term work.

Key Responsibilities -

Managing high - value construction projects involving external works, temporary works, scaffolding, roofing, and concrete repair packages from pre-construction through to completion.

Coordinating subcontractors, engineers, and site teams to ensure works are delivered safety, on programme, and within budget.

Managing roofing and concrete repair works, ensuring quality workmanship, structural integrity, and compliance, with specifications and manufacturer standards.

Liaising with clients, consultants, local authorities, and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and maintaining strong working relationships.

Key Requirements -

Temporary works certificate, SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid.

Must have experience in external works.
