Job summary
The transition to a decarbonised economy will require major changes across the UKs energy system, and Ofgem is seeking a Senior Strategy Advisor to help influence the long-term direction of decarbonisation and electrification across the sector.
Ofgem is Great Britains independent energy regulator. Were at the forefront of change across the sector, driving forward the energy transition to Net Zero whilst protecting consumers, especially vulnerable people.
Were offering a permanent opportunity within our Future Infrastructure and Resilience Strategy team to shape our long-term approach to energy system transformation, influence major regulatory and energy system decisions, help identify emerging priorities and shape how the organisation responds to some of the biggest challenges facing the sector.

Youll be a strong strategic thinker with the ability to problem solve and analyse at the highest levels, framing and addressing complex problems and developing impactful recommendations for decision-makers.
