Early Years Support Assistant – Training & Growth (Cardiff)

We’re looking for an Unqualified Early Years Assistant to join our Hollies Day Nursery in Cardiff. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives while starting or developing a long-term career in a supportive and close-knit setting.

Unqualified Early Years Assistant

£12.71 per hour (with additional benefits worth £4,742 per annum after one year’s service)

Cardiff – on-site carpark

30 hours a week

You’ll support the delivery of high-quality care and education in a safe, engaging environment, helping each child develop through inspiring activities and nurturing relationships across age groups.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established nursery with a close, supportive team. The nursery is located on the outskirts of Cardiff offering a quieter setting while still being accessible.

• Support engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS
• Assist with each child’s individual development and wellbeing
