The team is known for its strong technical standards, client-focused approach, and supportive working culture that encourages professional growth and progression within financial planning.Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed suitability reports and technical recommendations Conduct research using cashflow modelling and financial planning tools Analyse client information including pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning Support advisers in delivering compliant and high-quality adviceLiaise with providers and third parties to obtain policy information Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards Work closely with advisers to ensure efficient case progression What Were Looking For: Experience in a Paraplanning or technical financial planning support roleStrong understanding of financial planning products and advice processes Ability to produce clear, compliant suitability reports Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team Ideally working towards or holding Level 4 Diploma in Financial PlanningDesirable Skills: Experience with financial planning software and cashflow modelling tools Knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection Experience working within an IFA or wealth management environment Progress towards Chartered status or willingness to continue studying How to Apply: Interested?
