Military Claims Solicitor (NQ – 6 PQE), Cardiff

A standout opportunity for a personal injury solicitor to move into a specialist military practice within a large, established Cardiff-based team acting exclusively for service personnel and veterans.

This role is ideal for solicitors currently working in personal injury, serious injury, catastrophic injury or clinical negligence who want to step away from generalist PI work and develop real depth in a defined niche. The work focuses on serious physical injury and military deafness claims brought against the Ministry of Defence.

You’ll manage your own caseload from an early stage, handling technically complex claims involving medical and expert evidence, liability and quantum, with strong supervision and structured support around you.

Previous military claims experience is preferred but not required. A solid PI background and a genuine desire to specialise are what matter most.
