A well-regarded Real Estate team based in Cardiff is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with broad-ranging experience to support a diverse and high-quality client base across both public and private sectors. The role offers exposure to complex, high-value matters in a fast paced and collaborative environment, working closely with experienced colleagues locally and across other offices. The successful candidate will enjoy excellent opportunities to build strong technical expertise, develop lasting client relationships and contribute to business development, all within a supportive culture that promotes long term career growth and a healthy work/life balance. Flexible working is encouraged, with regular attendance in the Cardiff office required.
