Senior Legal Assistant – Property and Planning

We are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Assistant to join our Property and Planning team. The role involves managing a caseload of various property and planning matters including sales, purchases, leases and related work, with limited supervision and oversight of junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a caseload of property and planning matters.
• Handle sales, purchases, leases, and other property and planning work.
• Provide oversight and guidance to junior team members.
• Work independently with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Significant experience and knowledge of Property and Planning Law.
• Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines under pressure, and maintain good working relationships.
• Commitment to delivering a successful in-house legal service.
• Ability to travel on short notice as required.
