Branch Sales Manager Location: Carlisle Competitive salary plus bonus package and company car Brand: MINSTER In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial side of the business, suppliers and sales with 2 direct reports. Responsbilities will include; BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT Provide solutions that drive delivery of continuous improvement from the business to the customer across designated accounts, through collaboratively working with the business i.e. Civils Branches, to deliver business tools that support enhanced sales performance at every opportunity DRIVING PERFORMANCE Work collaboratively across the sales centre to identify behaviours and capabilities required to ensure we deliver on our customer promise, through working with others who have the right attitude to support the overall offer KNOWING YOUR KEY CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS Understand your key customers, both internally and externally, so that you and your colleagues become the first point of call for all of their business needs, ensuring long-term customer growth and excellent working relationships. We need someone who?Understands the necessity for business change to focus on the internal and external customer, and will want to be a part of such change.
