As Site Infrastructure Technical Support, you will: To support the Site Infrastructure Technical Advisor and Site Support Operations Manager. * Provide initial guidance/ advice to the Repository site individuals and the appointed Site Consigning Officers and Nominated Dispatchers with regards to management arrangements for the dispatch of dangerous goods from the site with reference to guidance documents * To prepare and support all dangerous goods consignments arrangements for LLW Repository, ensuring these are in compliance with regulations and Site License conditions for the transport of Dangerous Goods; * To support the LLWR Dangerous Goods Transport Services for VLLW (LA-LLW), produce, monitor VLLW risk ranking and related Learning Reports; * To support and process requests from the Waste Management Services functions (Packaging Quality Team, Package Design Team, Transport Services Team, Package Services Team,) to ensure Site Operations able to deliver the WMS requirements. * To submit the Site Infrastructure 4 week plan, to support the planning meeting for work to be incorporated into the Site Integrated Plan; * To interface with Site Operations for LLWR Re-Usable Container fleet, including Type B's, to carry out annual turnaround maintenance requirements, inspection, repair, site storage or clearance monitoring requirements and to support the coordination of site dispatch of LLWR owned IP-2 / IP-1 and Type B packages from the Repository Site * Supporting the development, maintenance and improvements of the management systems for Dangerous Goods, Re-usable containers, Goods Receipt / Stores Management and Emergency Response arrangements, in line with Site License and regulatory requirements. * To submit and monitor the progress of work requests for site resources; * To support Goods Receipt of all LLWR site deliveries safely and within the LLWR Goods Receipt procedure as required * To support regular Stock take of LLWR Company Store(s) as required * To support deliveries of goods to additional LLWR offices not at the Repository site for Goods Receipt purposes, as required; * To support updates to the Stores Team calendar with LLWR deliveries, for LLWR and Contractor Goods, as required.
