Project Lead - Band 7 (FTC), Carlisle

A large NHS trust based in Carlisle require a Project Lead until March 2021, 37.5 hours per week Your new company You will work for the largest employer in the United Kingdom as part of the NHS. You will work as part of a large trust in the Carlisle area, who have an integral role in the local region for supporting the NHS through funding and delivering key care and patient services across the locality. This is a diverse and collaborative trust, and your work will contribute directly to this culture. Your new role You will work as a Project Lead and your role will involve supporting the project management process, analysing service improvement, support commissioning, developing services that are patient focused, and ultimately contribute to meeting the service users needs in the best possible way. This role will involve some element of working from home with great flexibility. What you'll need to succeed You will have a proven track record, with a great deal of exposure working on large-scale projects. Previous NHS or Council experience is essential, and you must demonstrate a clear ability to deliver quality outcomes and improvements to projects. What you'll get in return You will work on a hands-on project on a fixed-term contract until March 2021, with the possibility of extension depending on project requirements. This role will be on a day rate of around £172.84, working 37.5 hours per week. As mentioned, this role will also allow you to work from home with great flexibility offered.
