HR Advisor, Carlisle

HR Advisor - Carlisle - Permanent We have an excellent opportunity for HR Advisor to join a large national FMCG Food Company on their Carlisle Site. As the HR Advisor, you will need to be a self-starter and able to hit the ground running as you'll be working within a busy team. You will be responsible for coaching employees through disciplinary and grievance processes, along with a large about of upcoming projects you will be leading from the HR Side, for this reason Level 5 CIPD is essential for this role.
