Resident Liaison Officer, Redditch

My client is currently looking for Resident liaison office / Tenant Liaison office (RLO/TLO). They will carrying out Electrical works in the Redditch area. My client requires and RLO/TLO in place to ensure all engineers have enough jobs booked in for the day. Liaising with the tenants either face to face, over the phone or and by letter. You will need to be in a communicable area of Redditch, as you will also be required to go around to sites and carry out site surveys. Knowledge of site surveys is not required as my client will provide relevant training post your start, you must be competant and confident within the TLO/RLO role and will to have good customer service skills, as well as be computer literate.
