In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and customer training to ensure our machines operate at peak performance.The Person We are looking for engineers with a strong technical background in electromechanical servicing, ideally within the coffee industry or as a field service engineer. Candidates with experience in related sectors will also be considered, including: Vending machines Commercial catering equipmentHot taps and plumbed water coolers White goods Warewashing equipment This role requires strong customer service skills, as you will interact with clients daily. You should also have a solid mechanical and electrical aptitude to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
