Job summary
As DIO Stewardship Manager, you will be responsible for the lead on execution and delivery of the DIO Maintenance Contract for Planned and Reactive Maintenance through effective assurance to ensure a compliant estate is delivered and maintained. Support DIO management of maintenance contracts to provide maximum service delivery achievement for USVF customers. Your main responsibility is to conduct and report on effective assurance, reporting and progressing non-compliance, action as necessary, managing risks and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to resolve issues.

Job description
Main Responsibilities to include:
DIO 2nd Party Assurance
- Monitor execution of (Planned Preventative Maintenance; Inspection&Testing and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring a compliant estate is delivered and maintained using SFG20 as the framework.
- Management and oversight of EMO2 audits working alongside the MMO to undertake a programme of monthly assurance checks and inspections across all planned and reactive supplier activities in delivery of the DIO Maintenance Contract.
- Responsibility to record Competent Person Inspections (CPIs), Technical Inspections and Professional Appraisals ensuring reports and associated certificates are uploaded and reflected accurately.
- Production of Monthly Assurance Report.
- Adhere to stepped approach to compliance, raising recommendations with appropriate partners
- Escalation and raising complaints or failure notices if repeated or significant issues identified or no progression on agreed recommendations
- Monitoring the above to ensure appropriate actions are taken prior to closure.
DIO 3rd Party Assurance
- Manage and monitor through to completion handover the F29 USVF self-delivered works process within your remit.
Stakeholder Manager&Issue Resolution
- Developing and maintaining positive and collaborative working relationships with a range of customers, Adherence to and promotion of JSP375 and Safe Systems of Work; Familiarity with Health&Safety risks (eg. Asbestos, Legionella, Environmental)
- Actively contribute to the SOP 19 Register
- Attend meetings as required to ensure your roles and responsibilities are met.
- Familiarity of MOD standards and systems through attending training and briefings/presentations
- Adherence to process and promotion of adherence for USVF and supplier stakeholders.
- Support specific task-driven objectives working to the Senior Stewardship Manager West Region SEFM (C1).
