Clinic Manager, Stow on the Wold

Dr David Jack Clinic is preparing to open in Stow-on-the-Wold, and we're building our founding team.

We're looking for a Clinic Manager who is equal parts leader, operator, and client experience champion, someone who can hit the ground running during our pre-opening phase and grow with us long term.

The Clinic Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Dr. David Jack Clinic, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, service excellence, and regulatory compliance. As we prepare to open our new Stow-on-the-Wold Clinic, this individual will play an integral role in the pre-opening phase, helping to establish the operational foundation upon which the clinic will be built.

This role calls for a proactive, commercially minded leader with a genuine passion for aesthetics and skincare, and an unwavering commitment to delivering a world-class client experience. The Clinic Manager will lead a team of Front of House staff, aestheticians, and medical practitioners, coordinate day-to-day clinic operations, and drive business performance through effective management and strategic thinking.

The role:

✔ Overseeing day-to-day clinic operations and team management

✔ Driving commercial performance and financial forecasting

✔ Supporting CQC compliance alongside our Operations Manager

✔ Delivering an exceptional luxury client experience at every touchpoint

✔ Managing staff scheduling, appraisals, and ongoing training

✔ Working cross-functionally with marketing, accounts, and PR teams

What you'll bring:

✔ 2+ years in a clinic management or similar senior role

✔ Strong leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams

✔ A background in luxury, high-end client environments

✔ Knowledge of clinical compliance and health & safety standards

✔ Passion for the aesthetics and skincare industry

This is a full-time position. The standard schedule includes working every second weekend as a contractual requirement. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and additional weekends will also be expected in line with the needs of the clinic.

Given that the clinic is due to open in the coming months, the successful candidate will be expected to commit significant energy and focus to the pre-opening period, working alongside the senior leadership team to ensure an exceptional launch.
