Service Care Solutions is working with a long-standing and highly regarded law firm, based in Oxfordshire, which is seeking an experienced Head of Private Client to lead its thriving department. Role: Head of Private Client (Solicitor)

Location: Oxfordshire - hybrid

Salary: £90,000 to £95,000 plus performance and leadership bonus

• Lead and oversee a team of 10 Private Client solicitors.
• Drive departmental growth, performance, and client service standards.
• Maintain and develop key client relationships.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making at firm level.

• A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years' PQE in Private Client law.
• At least 3 years' experience in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team.
• Strong technical expertise across wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
