Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line support for Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Windows Server, and Hyper-V
- Install, configure, and optimise Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments
- Support Azure IaaS deployments and system maintenance
- Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and work cross-functionally to resolve them
- Assist with equipment moves, desk setups, and hardware installations
- Contribute to infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and security improvements
- Maintain clear documentation and support process improvements
- 2–3 years IT support experience (preferably in a small to mid-sized business)
- Hands on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory/Entra
- Exposure to Azure cloud infrastructure and Hyper-V
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a can do attitude
- Physically able to move IT equipment and set up workstations
- A self starter who’s eager to learn and grow their skills
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure) desirable
