Retail Store Supervisor/Team Leader (3mth FTC), Chelmsford

The Role of Store Supervisor

Our SUPERVISORS are ambassadors of these magical moments and the heart of our award‑winning business. At Mamas & Papas we are expanding our family by looking for an amazing SUPERVISOR based at our beautiful Mamas & Papas Chelmsford store, who will lead a small team of Sales Consultants and work closely with the store manager or management team to achieve store results and provide an incredible customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Sales Consultants.
• Work closely with the store manager or management teams to achieve store results.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience as a retail supervisor or senior sales assistant.
• Passion for putting smiles on customers’ faces and creating memorable moments.
• Ability to lead a team by example and provide support.

Contract & Hours

20 hours per week, across 4 days. Includes either Saturdays, Sundays, or both, on a 3‑month fixed‑term contract.
