Maintenance Assistant, GL51

Maintenance Assistant job for an immediate start, to work for a leading maintenance provider based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL51. Temporary with a possibility of going permanent, offering up to £12.00 per hour. M-F 35hrs pw JOB DUTIES * Carry out planned maintenance and reactive maintenance to building facilities. * Basic electrical and plumbing works. * Attend to all fault logs for building services & general building maintenance. * Respond to breakdowns, diagnosing faults and repairing equipment. * Assist maintenance contractors & comply with the health & safety regulations. JOB REQUIREMENTS * The ideal applicant will have basic maintenance experience and knowledge of mechanical and electrical building systems. Preferably have knowledge of L8 awareness and water management processes. * Have previous job experience working in a customer facing environment. JOB LOCATION Based near Cheltenham Station, Gloucestershire GL51 8NP.
