Position: Store Person / Driver Position: permanent Salary:£27966 per annum Working hours: 7:45 - 4:45pm Mon – Thurs and 7:45 – 12:45pm Fri Benefits: 25 days annual leave per annum, plus bank holidays, Company pension scheme, Employee assistance programme (subject to probation period) Profit related bonus scheme (subject to probation period), overtimesWe are now seeking to recruit a driver/ store person to work for engineering manufacturing company based in Tewkesbury. The appropriate store person would be supporting the efficient operation of the Stores department by carrying out goods in/out functions, maintaining stock accuracy, supporting production through material supply and kitting, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers and sub-contractors.Responsibilities: Driving the company van to make deliveries to customers and sub-contractors Carrying out Goods In duties including checking and booking in deliveries whilst maintaining traceability Issuing raw material to the shop floor Packing parts for customer and sub-contract deliveries Controlling stock and maintaining inventory accuracyKitting parts for the Assembly department Ensuring company vehicle cleanliness and road-worthiness Issuing PPE and general stores equipment Working with Purchasing to order stores supplies Covering for the Stores Supervisor during absence Operating a fork truck (training provided if required)Supporting general stores and operational activities as required Requirements: Experience in stores, warehouses, or manufacturing environment Good attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving license If you think this role might be of an interest, please contact Marta Kosno 01453 852 542 and forward your CV toOmega is an employment agency specialising in opportunities at all levels within the Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, Defence, Scientific, Energy&Renewables and Tech sectors.
