Private Client Solicitor - Hedges - Oxfordshire / Cotswolds, Cheltenham

Private Client Solicitor – 3 days in one of our offices in Oxfordshire / Cotswolds, Full Time – Permanent, 35 hours per week.

• Full‑time role with flexible working days (2/3 days per week from home or office).

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide best‑in‑class inheritance and lifetime planning advice.
• Draft complex wills and manage creation and administration of trusts.
• Plan estates and provide assistance in Court of Protection matters.
• Support junior colleagues and receive training.
• Deliver outstanding client assistance and advisory services.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified solicitor with 3–5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills.
• Strong client‑care focus with excellent communication abilities.
• Good IT skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Positive, optimistic, hardworking with a can‑do attitude.
• Team‑player with a keenness to help colleagues.
• Professional appearance and behaviour with high confidentiality.
• STEP qualification highly desirable (support provided).
