Quantity Surveyor, LondonTower Hill

A small but well-established construction consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Central London, near Tower Hill.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

As a company they cover projects all over London and the southeast of England and deliver a range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Hotel, Retail and Life sciences. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will initially be running an office extension and fit out scheme in London and a new build Student Accommodation project.

The Quantity Surveyor will need to hit the ground running and will be delivering projects from concept to completion.

The Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
