Dry Mix Operative Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + shift allowance Shifts: Days, Backs & Nights (rotating) Contract: Temp to Perm Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for Dry Mix Operatives to join the team, a leading food manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for long-term employment with the potential to go permanent.

Working within a busy production environment, you will be responsible for blending and handling dry ingredients to produce high-quality food products in line with company standards.

• Accurately weighing and mixing dry ingredients
• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Following recipes and batch specifications
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Completing production records and quality checks
• Adhering to Health & Safety and food safety regulations
• Supporting the wider production team when required

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment (preferred but not essential)
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Flexibility to work across days, backs and night shifts
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliability and a positive work ethic

• Competitive hourly rate of £12.71 + shift allowance
