Housekeeping/Food service Assistant, Crewe

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and hardworking Housekeeping/Food Service Assistant to join our team. This dual‑role position plays a key part in ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and providing high‑quality food service for residents/guests. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Food Service Duties:

• Serve freshly prepared meals and refreshments, providing attentive table service.
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organised, and welcoming before, during, and after service.
• Carry out general kitchen duties, including washing dishes and maintaining hygienic working conditions.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.

Housekeeping Duties:

• Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, conference rooms, and communal areas to a high standard.
• Carry out daily and deep cleaning tasks as required.
• Complete in‑house laundry duties, ensuring items are washed, dried, and stored appropriately.
• Report any maintenance issues or concerns promptly.

• A positive and professional approach to work.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Experience in housekeeping or food service is helpful but not essential; full training can be provided.
