Your role
- Handle calls promptly and professionally, offering reassurance and support
- Respond to emergency calls calmly and with care
- Keep accurate records and organised systems
- Help maintain high service standards
Your skills
- Experience in a customer service or contact centre environment
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Strong administration skills, including managing customer queries and complaints
- Confident communicator with people at all levels
