Role: Cocktail & Guest Experience Host – Fine Dining Restaurant Hours: 40 hours a week; shift times vary 1:30pm - 11:00pm, 3:00pm - 11:30pm to include weekends and bank holidays. Salary: Up to £28,500 per annum plus service charge plus extensive benefits

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Cocktail & Guest Experience Host – Fine Dining Restaurant to join our prestigious fine dining 3AA Rosette restaurant team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences through world-class cocktails, premium spirits, and expert wine service.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and serve high-end classic and signature cocktails to an exceptional standard
• Provide knowledgeable wine recommendations and pairings to complement our menu
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a refined luxury environment
• Maintain expert knowledge of premium spirits, champagne, wines, and current cocktail trends
• Ensure the bar area is immaculate, organised, and fully stocked at all times
• Engage confidently with guests and provide a personalised experience
• Work closely with the restaurant team to uphold the highest service standards

About you

• Positive and Charismatic attitude, with a passion for customer service
• Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist
• Passion for mixology, creativity, and attention to detail
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-end environment
• WSET qualification or cocktail certifications are advantageous
