FLT Driver / Press Operator – Saltney, Chester

Job type: Temporary.

Rate: £13.50 per hour + excellent permanent rates.

Working hours: Rotating 2‑week shift pattern (Monday to Friday):

• Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm
• Week 2: 9:00am – 5:00pm

We are recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver / Press Operator to join a busy manufacturing company. This is a hands‑on role combining forklift operation, machine work, and general warehouse duties.

• Operating a counterbalance FLT to move stock safely across the warehouse.
• Working both indoors and outdoors.
• Operating machinery (press experience preferred).
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment (housekeeping duties).

• Valid, in‑date counterbalance FLT licence (externally accredited – essential).
• Previous experience in machine operation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable and committed with a strong work ethic.
