Honeycomb Group is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment and Floating Support Officer in Chester. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex needs. You’ll help customers develop skills for maintaining their own home and manage their well-being.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, supporting budgeting and housing transitions, and ensuring properties are well-managed through regular checks. Candidates should possess GCSE or equivalent, strong communication skills, and confidence in IT, including Word and Excel.
