This is a brilliant opportunity to join a forward-thinking manufacturing business in Chesterfield, offering a genuine 50/50 split between hands-on engineering and people management.The Role As Engineering Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day engineering function within a close-knit, collaborative team.
