Casual Kennels Receptionist - Chichester

Rate of pay:£13.68 (for under 21s) to £14.24 (for ages 21+) per hour. Rates are inclusive of holiday pay.

This is a casual role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.

• Greeting guests and members with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Managing bookings, telephone enquiries, and general questions
• Building a good understanding of our offering - including the restaurant, membership benefits and Kennels events
• Supporting the wider team to ensure a seamless guest experience

• A passion for delivering great service
• Previous customer‑facing experience (hospitality, events, or retail all welcome)
• Confidence using computers and booking systems
• An eye for detail and a proactive approach
• A positive attitude and team spirit
• Reliable transport – please note we are not on a public transport route
