• Put away all stock deliveries, correctly, recording as SOP
• Pick all required stock, request via an SOP accurately
• Keep all shelved stock tidy and accessible, labeling shelves
• Be prepared to rotate stock and perform any required physical movement of stock
• All stock in and out must be recorded to the defined process/SOP
• Take part in a monthly stock take audit as required
• Be aware of the day’s priorities given by your supervisor
• Understand the 7-day turnaround goal when using the laundry run as the dispatch method
• Escalate issues that prevent you from achieving your daily goals agreed with your supervisor
• Move sections and complete other work when needed, as you have been trained, to increase productivity or efficiency
• Participate in a daily housekeeping check to keep aisles and walkways clear and ensure the area is safe to work in
• Participate in a weekly cleaning exercise in your work area
• Ensure all equipment used is in accordance with training and the machines’ requirements
• Complete “Near Hits” for all unsafe acts, resolve if possible, and escalate to the supervisor
• Receive training needed to perform the job role effectively
• Be familiar with driving rounds you are asked to cover and understand access instructions for brigade stations
• Check and load your own laundry, verifying your tray is updated
• Check your vehicle before starting a journey and complete the correct paperwork
• Escalate issues that prevent you from achieving the 7-day turnaround goal to a supervisor
• Maintain your driving training records and update when requested by the business
• Always leave the vehicle clean
• Complete any other duties as trained, including completing off the runs if required
• If not driving, be adaptable and flexible to work in the service centre if required

• O-Level or equivalent
• Various licenses for Order Picker, Forklift and Bendi (training provided)
