17.5 hours per week - Alternate weekends

Your role
  • Welcome residents, relatives and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Support customers by answering queries and offering clear, helpful information
  • Carry out a range of administrative tasks to keep the home running smoothly
  • Use your IT skills to manage emails, records and documents confidently
  • Work closely with colleagues to create a friendly, supportive front of house experience

Your skills
  • Experience in a customer service setting
  • Confident using IT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Warm and approachable with strong people skills
  • Organised and able to manage a variety of tasks calmly and efficiently
  • Caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to make a positive difference
