This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Woodborough. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining high standards of food preparation, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, managing orders, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting the overall operations of the coffee service area.

• Proficient Barista skills, including brewing and serving techniques
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming experience
• Experience with Food Preparation and maintaining hygiene standards
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage responsibilities effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
