Distribution Operative - Nights, Chippenham

• Able to drive MHE, pick and pack product to the required standard as per requests. Load and unload transport vehicles as requested to Wavin safe load.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Policy and procedures and that all work is undertaken to the appropriate standards.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Chippenham S&D improvement plans.
• Meet minimum performance standards.
• Where identified and/or necessary, be prepared to undertake training and work in other operational departments to improve and increase skill levels.
• Undertake distribution duties to assist with dispatch of pipes and fittings safely.

• Previous experience within a Distribution environment
• Ability to work positively within a team and form good working relationships with other team members
• Ability to plan and organize activities of self.
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptable work ethic
• H&S Level 1 responsibility statement
• Willingness to embrace change and improve processes as systems develop is key
• Basic Secondary Education
