Role: Technical Delivery Manager Rate: Up to£525/day (Inside IR35) Start Date: ASAP Location: Corsham (3 days onsite, may reduce over time) Clearance: SC cleared Overview We're seeking a Technical Delivery Manager with Defence/MoD experience to support a secure communications and network transformation, focusing on service migration, stakeholder coordination, and delivery tracking.Key Responsibilities Lead stakeholder engagement across Defence, System Owners, and MSPs Coordinate migration planning for legacy communications and network services Identify and support delivery of enduring technical solutions Manage delivery tracking, dependencies, and progress reporting Produce monthly burn-down charts and highlight reportsUse MoD tooling (e.g. POL, ARM, Dependency Tracker) to manage progress Track savings from decommissioned services Support governance, reporting, and communications across stakeholders Provide evidence against defined acceptance criteria Required Experience Proven Technical Delivery Manager experience in MoD or secure environmentsStrong background in telecoms, network migration, or service transformation Experience working with Defence stakeholders and MSPs Familiarity with governance, reporting, and dependency management Experience using structured delivery tooling and reporting frameworks Clearance Active SC clearance requiredTPBN1_UKTJ
