The Role: Supervising and supporting care staff in the delivery of exceptional care Ensuring person-centred support plans are followed and reviewedConducting spot checks, supervisions, and care reviews Supporting compliance, quality standards, and safeguarding practices Building strong relationships with service users, families, and professionals What Were Looking For: ? Previous experience in a senior care, team leader, or supervisory role? Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities ? Strong leadership and communication skills ?
