Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-class support to students, helping them engage with learning and stay on task

• Support students with varying needs, including SEND, to access the curriculum
• Assist with small-group work and targeted interventions

Pre-requisites

• Experience working with secondary-aged students (school-based or youth work)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
