• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging PE and Dance lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5.
• Work within an experienced and supportive department, delivering strong outcomes and student progression.
• Monitor and track student progress to ensure high levels of achievement.
• Understand the impact and importance of your role in helping students develop confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong passion for physical education and dance.
• Always promote the school's ethos and values.
• Contribute to departmental meetings and wider whole-school initiatives.
