Tesco Colleague Nights - Cleethorpes Extra

Sun, Fri, Sat: 20:00 – 07:00 (night shift). You must be able to work within these windows.

Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, increasing to £14.55 per hour for stores within the M25. Night premium of £2.35 per hour applies for hours worked between midnight and 6:00. Additional payments may apply depending on location. Minimum 16 guaranteed hours per week; flexible to 12 hours if preferred.

• Serve shoppers and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Work as part of a diverse, specialist team to meet customer needs.
• Apply training to work safely and efficiently.
• Make decisions that benefit customers, delivering store routines on time.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events.
• Support store performance, reduce waste and shrink, and help drive sales.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality.
• Accept deliveries into the store when required.
