Chief People & Culture Transformation Leader, Lancashire

Lancaster University is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead its people and organisational effectiveness agenda at their Bailrigg campus. The CPO will report to the Registrar and shape a forward-looking People and Culture Plan that aligns with the university's priorities.
