Position Details
Role: RTA Personal Injury Solicitor
Location: Lancashire / Hybrid
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
The Role- Manage a busy caseload of pre‑litigated and/or litigated RTA personal injury claims
- Draft key legal documents including letters of claim, witness statements, schedules of loss, and court pleadings
- Handle MOJ Portal and OIC Portal claims from start to finish
- Negotiate settlements with insurers, defendants, and other representatives to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
- Qualified solicitor with at least 3+ years PQE in Personal Injury
- Excellent communication, advocacy and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and meet billing/fee targets
