V05990 - Solutions Architect, Lancashire

Solution Architect Preston / Frimley (Flexible) 12-Month Contract – Potential Extension Predominantly Remote (occasional onsite visits required) 37 Hours Per Week £497.77 Per Day PAYE or £672.74 via umbrella (inside IR35)

• Define end‑to‑end solution architectures and technical designs
• Capture “as‑is” and “to‑be” application, data and technology architectures
• Provide technical leadership across development and test teams
• Ensure solutions meet governance, compliance and architectural standards
• Engage with stakeholders, customers and suppliers to gather requirements and support delivery
• Support project planning, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives

• Proven experience delivering enterprise IM&T / IT solutions
• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
• Experience with business and systems analysis
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience leading technical delivery within project environments

• ITIL knowledge
• ERP / procurement systems experience
• Relevant IT or Engineering qualification
