We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced Litigator to join our growing Personal Injury department, specialising in Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims. The Role

• You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of litigated RTA and Personal Injury matters from inception through to settlement or trial.
• Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you will play a key role in delivering excellent outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of litigated RTA and Personal Injury claims
• Progressing files efficiently from inception to settlement or trial
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and trial documentation
• Negotiating settlements with insurers and third parties
• Liaising with counsel, clients, medical experts, and insurers
• Ensuring compliance with CPR and internal service standards
• Delivering a professional, proactive, and client-focused service

About You

We are looking for a confident and driven legal professional who can work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

• A minimum of 1.5 - 2 years’ experience handling litigated RTA and/or Personal Injury matters
• Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and litigation process
• Experience managing Fast Track matters independently
• Multi-Track experience (advantageous but not essential)
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• A proactive and results-driven approach
• Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced non-qualified fee earner
