Your new role Carry out general maintenance Kitchen, bathroom&window installations in occupied&void properties Working collaboratively with other trades and support teams to provide efficient, customer-focused service. Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and organisational standards. What you'll need to succeed Must be time-served Proven maintenance experience in void and occupied propertiesStrong knowledge of health and safety standards related to joinery and construction.
