About the Role Continental shift pattern:Rotating days and nights (4 on 4 off). If you join us, you'll be on days during your induction. Your day to day: Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical machinery issues, conducting RCA and implementing long-term solutions and prevention, educating our people on best practice. PLC interrogation/electrical fault findingManaging spare parts, conducting criticality and obsolescence assessments, and supporting CI initiatives. Utilising process improvement tools such as 5S, TPM, and Kaizen, supporting our CI. Experience in an FMCG or Converting environment (e.g. Foods, Packaging, Printing, Paper, Pharmaceuticals, etc.) A proactive approach to equipment efficiency and reliability.
