The Just Recruitment Group is delighted to be supporting a well-regarded property company based on the outskirts of Colchester, with the recruitment for a Sales Progressor. The Sales Progressor function exists to generate revenue for the company by achieving property exchanges. The primary role of the Sales Progressor is to proactively manage and speed up the progress of the property sale to achieve a successful exchange of contracts in an efficient and timely manner whilst keeping all clients updated. Main Responsibilities: *Achieve targets as set by the company *Ensure company appointed processes are adhered to all times *Collate information and updates on the progress of the sale and related transactions *Liaise with all parties within the transaction including but not limited to solicitors, vendors, buyers, mortgage advisors and estate agents. *Compile reports based on the updates provided and issue to our clients as required *Proactively manage the progression of the property sale to minimise the chances of an aborted sale and achieve a swift legal completion *Proactively manage and deal with issues that arise to minimise impact on timescales *Provide high levels of customer service by maintaining relationships with clients, vendors and purchasers *Gather and file appropriate documentation for Money Laundering purposes *Provide a forecast of exchanges to the management team as and when requested *Maintain the company values at all times when interacting with colleagues and clients *Promote and encourage use the companies ancillary services at all times Relevant qualifications, skills and knowledge required: *Experience of progressing sales within an estate agency environment *Ability to build rapport with a range of professionals: solicitors, housebuilders, estate agents, vendors, purchasers etc *Excellent customer services skills and telephone manner *Organised and structured *Excellent time management skills *Ability to work to strict deadlines *Knowledge or experience of estate agency, residential conveyancing, the assisted move and part exchange process *IT literate, MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel *Creative problem-solving skills *Tenacity, determination and patience *Ability to think outside the 'box' This is an excellent opportunity to join a property based company - offering Monday to Friday working hours.
