Job Opportunity: Picking Line Operative - Recycling Facility near Colchester, Essex

Prime Appointments is currently recruiting for a Picking Line Operative to join a well-established recycling facility located just outside of Colchester, Essex. This role plays a key part in supporting a large-scale environmental initiative committed to reducing waste and promoting sustainability.

Please note: Due to the location, candidates must have their own transport, as there are no public transport links available.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating on the picking line to efficiently sort recyclable materialsSupporting quality control processes to ensure proper product separationPerforming light manual handling tasksCollaborating with team members to meet daily targetsKeeping work areas clean and tidy at the end of each shift

About You:

Previous experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment is desirableComfortable with manual handling dutiesReliable and flexible to work on an ad-hoc basisAccess to your own transport is essential

Hours & Pay:

Monday to Friday07:30 - 17:00£ per hour
