Night Time Support Worker at a client’s home based in Manchester, North Wales.

Sleep night support. Access only by car – must be a confident driver.

Work Schedule

• 2 night shifts a week: Week 1 – Thursday & Friday night, Week 2 – Saturday and Sunday night.
• Alternate weekends.
• 9pm – 8am.
• 10pm – 6am as a sleep night, 9pm – 10pm as night time routine, 6am – 8am as morning routine.

Who You’ll Be Supporting

Meet a quietly determined individual whose life changed following a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis. He uses a power chair and requires hoisting assistance, but his self‑awareness, resolve and desire to direct his own care are strong. He values structure, kindness and gentle encouragement. Confidence has wavered recently, but his openness and approachability create space for trust and connection.

Your presence matters – not to take over, but to enable.

Qualifications & Skills

• You’re someone who understands that care is a collaboration, not a command.
• You respect autonomy.

• You find joy in offering "just enough" help to let someone flourish.
• Driving is essential, and prior care experience is a bonus, but compassion leads the way.
